1. What This Site Is

rpg.actor is a decentralized character sheet viewer built on the AT Protocol. We do not host your data. Your character sheets, sprites, and statistics are stored on your own AT Protocol personal data server (PDS)—not on our servers. We simply read and display what you've published.

This means you retain full ownership and control of your data. It also means we cannot delete your content; only you can.

2. Using This Site

By using rpg.actor, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. We may modify these terms at any time; continued use means you accept any changes.

We reserve the right to block any user or content from being displayed on this site, for any reason.

3. Your Content, Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for everything you upload.

By publishing content that displays on this site, you represent that:

• You own the content, or have proper licenses/permissions to use it
• Your content doesn't infringe anyone's intellectual property rights
• Your content isn't illegal, harmful, or objectionable

We don't review, verify, or endorse user content. If your content causes legal problems, that's on you—not us. You agree to indemnify rpg.actor and its operators against any claims arising from your content.

4. Game System Trademarks

rpg.actor is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher.

RPG Maker

RPG Maker™ is a trademark of Gotcha Gotcha Games Inc. If you use RPG Maker assets in ANY capacity:

• You must own a valid license for the RPG Maker product whose assets you're using
• Per the RPG Maker EULA, company assets may only be used within games made with that product
• We cannot grant you any rights to RPG Maker content

Dungeons & Dragons

D&D™ is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Game mechanics from the System Reference Document (SRD) are available under CC-BY-4.0. Fan content must comply with WotC's Fan Content Policy.

Other Systems

Any other game system names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them for compatibility purposes only.

5. Game Master Records

GMs can create validation records for players. These are stored on the GM's own repository and represent their claims about a player's stats. We don't verify these claims and aren't responsible for disputes between GMs and players.

6. Copyright Issues

If you believe content displayed here infringes your copyright, contact us at dev@rpg.actor.

Be aware: since content is stored on users' personal data servers, we can only stop displaying it on our site. We cannot delete content from someone else's repository.

7. No Warranties

This site is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or reliability. The site may break, change, or disappear. Use it at your own risk.

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site. This is a hobby project, not a commercial service.
